Nutri Lawn

Its very bad company. Initially for 3 season for our lawn we finalize for 500$ but when first time the person came for fertilizing the lawn, i was shocked. Time including he came and wrote the check for me was 10 minutes. We have 1/3 acre of property, I can believe he would fertilized all lawn in 5 minutes (other 5 minutes to take the equipment out and write the invoice) If he is that fast, then I can also do that job. I called nutri lawn and cancelled the rest of service. Because i didn't wanted that lousy service for the Weed controlling time. we wanted to see proper result when we pay money. They charge us 97$ for 1st service of fertilizing the lawn (in 5 minutes). I would advise, STAY AWAY from such companies.

They do a good job in making your lawn look green and healthy. you still need to do your part to take care of your own lawn. They always call you before the come in. i am happy with them and this is my 2nd year.

Bad Customer Service, Don't go to them . York region Nutri lawn contacted my husband for the service, he clearly said that he will go for pay per visit and he wanted to be present when the technician comes. So we requested him to call before reaching home. He was very clear on that. The day before the first visit, the technician left a voice message , but dint leave what time he will be there. Next day, when i opened the front door in the afternoon, on the door we found the bill.

My husband was upset, he called nutrilawn and said that he did not want the service anymore.The representative on the other end was trying to convince him for 30 mins. He clearly said, " he will call for the service if needed."
Second visit, i heard a noise outside and ran then found out that nutri lawn guy was leaving our house and saw some hose around..when i asked why his he here,he said the service is not cancelled...I called them immediately and when asked they said in the recording he dint clearly said cancel..the manger was very abrupt and dint want to listen to whole conversation.. I said i CAN pay for the first visit, but not for the second one as we did not request it...my husband doesnt want to pay off and does not want to deal with these guys..however AM personally Extremely disappointed with their service and communication

In late august we noticed that our once green and healty lawn was turning yellow in patches. Hiring nutri lawn they came and descoverd there were grubs in the soil. We had them spray thier grub control and in the last 3 years we have had no problems.

My husband and I met with a Nutri-lawn representative at the Home Show in Hamilton last year. At first the people at the booth put on a great spread telling us cwaht products they use and the applications involved. We then decided to hire them on. What a mistake that was! The first 2 applications went okay other than for the fact the guy that was applying product was slamming their competitors for their products and service voluntarily, my wife and I thought this does not seem like the people we met at the show. For the next set of applications we had arranged for our neighbour to open the rear gate for them to come in while at work. Our neighbour contends that this guy pulled up and knew from the instructions given that no-one was home placed a sign on our lawn that a product was applied and drove off. When I got home we could not believe what happened and called the company rep. to see what they had to say and the applicator told me on the phone he put on a weed killer when I knew he did not. The next appointment I told them the same instructions as before that we will be at work. This time I watched from my neighbours house the guy pulled up looked around and placed another sign on the lawn and drove away. I immediately called the manager and explained both incidents he was rather beligerent and rude even though I told him there were 2 witnesses. I immediately demanded that I be re-imbursed on my credit card or my husband will make a visit to see them. I was surprised that they refunded my money right away as I checked with a Visa rep. I was glad they gave our money back but please for your money and lawns sake STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
