London Eco Roof Manufacturing

We had our roof done in March of 2018. We have been very happy with everything from the start of the process to the finish. We were so impressed that we even referred London Eco Metal to our friends in Goderich for there roofing needs, and as a bonus, to take advantage of there referral program. With our friends roof complete in October 2018, I decided to inquire about the $50 referral payment. I was informed that the cheaque was in my file waiting to be signed and mailed. So I wait maybe a month or so and receive nothing via mail, I call the head office (Dorchester) and speak with a lady who informs me that it was mailed out that week and should expect it shortly. I wait two more weeks, and nothing. So I call back and speak to the same lady, at which point I left my phone number and she said she would get back to me by the following day. Well it’s been 10 more days and I have heard absolutely nothing. I’m disappointed at the least that your head office won’t give the common courtesy of a phone call explaing the situation and where abouts of this so called referral cheque. Not even sure it’s a ligetimate program through this company.
Not impressed.
