We had Eco-Roof Manufacturing install a new steel roof in September 2017 to replace our 8 year old shingle roof.
The old roof shingles were constantly blowing off every time we had a strong gusty wind and we were looking for a new roof that would last many years.
We liked the fact that Eco-Roof was a local company located in London and they had very good reviews. Once we visited their showroom and extensively researched their product including their 55 year warranty we decided to have them do the roof.
Although we paid about 1 1/2 times the cost of a new shingle roof we feel the additional cost is worth the investment in our home.
The only negative comment would be that the agreement we had with our salesman regarding the installation crew was not followed as we wanted a specific crew to do the installation and they sent a different crew.
However after the crew arrived and we saw their attention to detail, we were quite satisfied with the installation.
It has only been a couple months since the roof was installed so we will have to see if it stands the test of time.
