I was impressed that despite the cold the installers came in early December to put the new metal roof on our house. I received a phone call that morning to say that the installers would be there, I would have liked some type of notice, but understand that there could have been a cancellation and hence I was quickly slotted in. The installers were professional and when I arrived home that evening I spoke to one of them to ask if they would be finishing or coming back the next day and if they had any problems/issues. He said no problems and that they would be finished that evening. They did appreciate the back house lights being turned on so they could see just a little better.
The next morning, I noticed that the materials that were left over and the bags of garbage were neatly piled at the side of my driveway, with no garbage around. By the time I returned home that evening everything was gone. I appreciated it not being there for days and that they took their own garbage.
When I finally managed to do a walk around my house, looking at the roof and the ground around it, I only found a couple of small bits of metal on the lawn. Small enough (and green) that they were just likely missed in the dark by the installers.
Ryan was a pleasure to deal with as a sales representative. He answered all our questions, gave a great understandable presentation and was quick with our financing arrangements. And we couldn't have asked for a better deal.
We like that the product is manufactured, maintained, sold and carries a warranty in Canada. We are pleased with our new roof and will recommend London EcoMetal to anyone.
