We have been dealing with poor communication and terrible service with tis company from the beginning. Now, 5 months since the job started, yes our roof is finished, however were still finding metal pieces all throughout our yard, and damage that was done during installation has still not been paid for. I was told that they would take care of paying for the repairs and even though Ive submitted receipts twice, its been two months since the receipts were submitted and the company, once again, has zero communication. I understand that there can be mix ups and mistakes, but for there to be little to no communication throughout the whole job, for the workers to just leave our roof half finished and disappear for weeks at a time without even a call, and now for them to not follow through with paying for damage, speaks to more going on than just a one time mix up. Even though our roof now looks beautiful, what are the odds that a company like this will be there for us if or when we have an issue and are hoping to rely upon the warranty.
