If I could give more than a 10 out of 10, I would. Steve and Linda are very knowledgeable, explained everything and gave terrific suggestions on how to address the issues I was experiencing with my appliances. They did not try to oversell, but gave information that explained why the problems were occurring so that I could take corrective steps. In addition, they are sincerely nice people and I will not choose anyone but them, and this company, in the future.
