My fiancé and I realized that our refrigerator was not cooling and so we called Cascade Appliance in the morning. They answered the phone right away, and by early evening, they were at our home. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in the same trip. The entire ordeal took about 45 minutes as the coil was completely frozen over. But Steve and his wife were courteous and professional the entire time. Would highly recommend!
