Adam from MAXgreen responded very quickly to our enquiries, coming to our house to take measurements within a day or two. Our estimated quote arrived promptly a day or two later. Adam was very helpful in educating us about the different types of windows and glass and helped us decide what would be best for our needs & desires. He emailed me pictures from previous jobs they had done so I could get a good idea of what my new windows would like once installed. Once the windows were ready the installers came right away and within a week's time had completed the job. They were on time each day and were very diligent in cleaning up each area as they went along. They also did their best not to inconvenience us in any way. For example, they did the bedroom windows & trim on the same day so we could put the furniture back and the rooms were functional again right away. Our head installer Jim was very informative and & willing to answer all our questions. He explained each step along the way and told us what we could expect each day. We are very, very happy with the service we received from MAXgreen and will be sure to recommend them to everybody we know that is replacing their windows and/or doors!

Complete Home Window Replacement

Maxgreen restored our confidence in contractors. Who knew that you can actually get what you pay for? It seemed like they weren't ready to finish until we thought the project was perfectly executed. The price was a hair bit more than through one other channel, but we went with them as we wanted to make sure that good installers would show up at our door. The contracts were all properly executed and professionally written up. The installers worked wonders with our old plaster wall, concealing defects well. Communication was great with both the consultant and the installers. The installers dovetailed seemlessly with our stucco contractor without the need for a general contractor to oversee everything.

Replace 5 windows and 1 door

At the end of September 2012, MaxGreen Windows installed 5 new windows and a door in my house. Beginning with my first phone call to Adam Kemble, and throughout the entire process including the 2 days of installation, my experience with this company has been excellent. Their prices are very competitive, their products are very good quality, and their customer service is prompt and terrific. The installers were consistently polite and friendly - even to my big golden retriever who regularly got in their way - and extremely hard working as this house required going up and down ladders and stairs constantly. There were several problems with the hardware on the door which they worked through with great patience and professionalism, spending much more time than I would have expected in order to get everything just right. I am so impressed with the finished product and service that I would not hesitate to recommend MaxGreen to anyone looking to replace their old windows and doors.

New Windows

Decided to do a major facelift to our house this summer replacing windows, siding and deck. The windows portion of the job included replaceing 14 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Adam took the time to go through all of the options available to us and window considerations with the new siding. The installation process was really smooth and the installer, Jim, kept us in the loop throughout the job. I was left with a sense of security knowing that the job was done right. Rot in the framing around our front bay windows was ripped out and replaced and improved to prevent future rotting. The windows look great inside and out with care taken on the exterior cladding and interior trim. Thank-you Adam and Jim!

Sorry for the delay in replying to your review! We have been very busy this summer working with a lot of new great customers!

Unfortunately rot is sometimes an issue in older homes, but we do our best to either repair what is there at no cost or at a low cost for our customers. Other companies may look at that situation as an opportunity to get an unfair amount of extra money out of their customers because the customers have no choice but to replace the rotten framing at that point. We try to be as fair to our customers as possible, even replacing rotten sill plates at no additional charge and consulting with our customers about more extensive water damage.

Adam was incredibly prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and providing us with a quote. He was very thorough and walked us through each step and all of our options. The installation team was professional and friendly. The workspace was always kept clean, which was very much appreciated. Replace picture window, with triple glazed casement Window

We had a 14 ft picture window replaced and two 6th bedroom windows. The workmen were very professional and a pleasure to have around. My kids thought they were great. Workmanship excellent.
Trim coustom fit around kitchen cupboards. It's hard to believe that transparent objects can change the look of your home so much. The windows look great, casement windows function well.

Really pleased with the result. Max Green was also 33% cheaper than our other quote.
I have recommended them to my brother who is redoing his house next summer.

Your project turned out to be a case similar to Monopoly's "Bank Error in Your Favour". We had an internal pricing mistake which resulted in an unbelievable price for you! Unlike other companies who may try to get more money out of their customers once they realize a mistake like this, we are the first to admit our mistake and accept the consequences. A 33% price difference in this business for comparable products is very rare.

Replacement of windows

We had Maxgreen supply & install 6 windows for us, replacing 37 year old windows in our two storey house. We obtained several quotes from different companies & Maxgreen's price was one of the lowest. But most of all we were impressed with the way Adam walked us through the various options and explained the "pros & cons" of each. It was easy to reach a decision. Once when Adam wasn't available Gary took us in hand and was just great.
The windows were installed between Christmas and New Year and there was virtually no disruption to our life. Jim, the installer, was efficient, considerate and did a great job. We were left with no clean-up to do. We highly recommend Maxgreen.
