Paul Wilson, owner, failed to deliver on every promise that he made. Kitchen was supposed to take 6 weeks. 6 months later it was still not finished. The doors were supposed to be a certain finish, which he failed to do. He co-ordinated to have the granite countertop installed and then charged for extras which had never been agreed to, refusing to continue the job until those spurious "extras" had been paid. He then demanded full payment of the contract as well before he would continue. Further, he charged a "design" fee, even though he hadn't even prepared the initial design and it should have incorporated in the initial scope of work.
Paul abandoned the job after I had paid 75% of the contract leaving me with an unfinished kitchen which nobody else would touch. He did this after the countertop was installed to make it almost impossible for me to rip out the kitchen and start from scratch. Stay away from this company!
