Duct Cleaning review in Calgary

I had requested the Platinum Package to have my furnace and vents cleaned and that is what I paid for. Found out later that they used the skipper method (Gold Package) and not the hi-tec brushing method. After speaking with the owner, he refunded the difference in price.

Duct Cleaning review in Calgary

Paid for the Platinum Package but have no way of knowing if it was done or only the Gold Package was. My furnace is in an enclosed space on the balcony, so they used portable equipment and hooked up a hose to the furnace. None of the vents inside were accessed or covered over during the cleaning process. The whole process only took about 25-30 minutes and approximately 5-10 minutes of that was spent trying to get their equipment to work.
