When me and my fiancé bought a new duplex already standing for 8 months, the dishwasher was not secured by anything and they suggested by installing only 2 screws on the side, not even a proper filling to be secured the top of the dishwasher. Because not only they damaged my island but probably voided my warranty on my dishwasher. The warranty technician will pull Alberta new home regulations on you to excuse their procrastinations and forgetfulness because they will only achieve the bare minimum for you. I am very displeased with their communication, customer service, and especially their lack of commitment to you.
