I found roof shingles on the ground in the morning after the storm. Kim responded very quickly to messages and answered all my questions then sent out the team to check my roof before another storm.

Overall, Im really satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism.

Our semi-detached Victorian home had a chimney that needed to be sealed. The ornate tin moulding characteristic of many Victorian homes was in poor condition and some of the decorative shakes were missing.

Kim, the Office Manager, responded quickly to my request for a quote. Within a day or two Brad came to assess the work that needed to be done. Throughout the process, Kim regularly contacted me with updates.

I found Brad to be a wealth of knowledge and experience. I had contacted other roofing companies but he was the only manager that offered and assured me that the badly rusted tin moulding could be restored. This was important as I wanted to maintain the integrity of the house.

I was provided with a detailed estimate within a few days. The cost was reasonable given how labour intensive the work was.

Brads crew were respectful and polite. They worked diligently and within a week had completed the job. The final cost for the repairs and restoration remained within budget.

Brad's roofing knowledge is comprehensive/extensive - in addition to getting the actual repair, he'll take the time to look around and ensure that there are no other obvious issues prior to leaving. I recently contacted Roofrepair.ca for a quote to repair a leak in my concrete tile roof. Their representative, Brad, was on sight the the same day for an assessment and emailed a quote the following day. Brad was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and explained the problem without hesitation. The rate was significantly lower than the competition. I authorized the job which was completed within a day. Also, because the job was completed in 3 hours and not 4 hours as quoted Brad gave me a $200.00 discount. I highly recommend Roofrepair.ca for any roofing repairs. I was having problems with my over hang coming out from my entranceway to my house. I engaged another contractor and got ripped off big time and had to start over.
