Buy sofa bed came 24 January broken 29, calling since then, I made a review 13 January they called the same evening about the review. Wicked act say they will send a repair. Ì want them to come pick up this garbage and give me back my money

We bought this September 2023, and within a month my wife and I had shoulder issues for which we needed physiotherapy. We had this against a wall, and the recliners dented the wall which has to be now fixed and the nails at the ends seemed to be pried off. Would not recommend this recliner to anyone.

I bought a 65" Sony TV and chose to exchange it for a 75" one less than 72 hours later. When I called Leons customer service, I was told the business has no return policy, unless the screen is broken and a return is possible within 72 hours.

Broken whirlpool fridge came damaged. Delivery people broke door and was rude. Still situation not resolved. Staff rude and uncooperative.

Still trying to get this issue solved. They refused to take fridge back.

Got a dining table, love seat 2chairs, carpet and a TV with full warranty in late November of 2019, the sales person was good in up-selling the warranty program….
Shortly after I called to report the table side was pealing, it was less than a month old with another issue with the bench chair, they replaced the table but forgot the bench, shortly after I called again to report the bench was not rectified but they were closed due Covid, finally got in touch with customers service and they said report it to the warranty company, at the same time I also reported that my love seat seat is also broken, after about 3 month later the warranty company sent someone to look at the live seat and he said it’s to do with the form of the seat and it’s a manufacturer issue not a Warrenty issue, called back Leon’s spoke to customer service “Rebbeca” the manager, now they tell me the manufacturer Warrenty is expired, I understand all these but this was reported to them before it was 3 month old….I have tried to reach out to the store manager, HO and no one seems to care, I normally replace all furniture in the house probably btw 5-7 years, would I confided going back with this kind of service “probably not”

Delivery persons are arrogant. The salesperson can not be trusted. incohent statements. Going back on words. Does not respond to calls. Delivery dates are not planned. Prices are reasonable, but delivery needs to be improved drastically

Today I went to Scarborough Leon’s outlet and I bought a sofa. the sales person ‘ ramin’ sold my sofa to someone else by removing my tag while I was paying and he was fully aware of that just because I’m brown and they gave it to a white couple.These workers and manager over there are racist and totally unethical. I would never go back and do not recommend it to anyone else!!

Stay away from their appliances. I had a "brand new" fridge sitting in the garage for a few days while the wetbar was being finished. The bottom of the fridge turned out to be warped/ crushed. Leons is making me eat a $1200 fridge as I should have contacted them "Within 72 hours of receiving". Awful customer service and empathy.

I came into the store with the intent to return a couch I bought but Chan was able to show me a really good deal/ solution and helped me save a bit of money!! Would recommend this location.

Terrible experience in Leon's Scarborough store. Their promise are nothing.
In June 2020, I walked in the store to buy washer/dryer, a salesman given me a promise that delivery will be done in four weeks and a schedule delivery date will be set down in three days while I put an order, and another promise is the store's 60 days price guarantee. After I paid money and got an order, every thing was changed, the two promise no more existed in their language. 9 days passed After I paid money, I was told that the delivery will not happened at lest 5 weeks and actual schedule delivery date is unknown. 9 days late, the marked price on the washer / dryer was reduced $50 for each, while I ask to get the price match based on the store 60 days price guarantee, unfortunately I was rejected by the store.
