Called McLellan for some work on my support post footings and siding/soffit. Teams that came out were incredibly professional and did outstanding work. John was a pleasure to work with and his team did a great job of communicating a great schedule to get the job done. Will definitely call them again for future jobs.

John came out personally to our home after a neighbour recommended him and I reached out. There are several issues with bad waterproofing of our siding and windows, and we had water dripping through the basement windows. He addressed several things, gave us a quote, and had his team come out as scheduled. He was very thorough and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him as the guy to call!

John and his team of professionals did renovations to my home required due to shoddy workmanship by the previous owner. This work included a major floor levelling project that required removal of doors, vanities, kitchen cabinets etc. and then reinstalling all these items. Work on a deck gazebo and other jobs were required to ensure all building code requirements were met.

I was very impressed with all the work they did.

Im so happy I hired John McClellan Contracting Inc. to replace the front window of my home. Its an old house and I wanted it to blend with the older windows that were still part of the front façade in another area. The entire team from start to finish was incredible. I cant stop raving about the work theyve done. I love my new window. I love how well they made it blend with the old windows and I love they were able to save the trim from the interior. All my wants and needs were met & the quality and professionalism far exceeded my expectations which were already very high. We hired a previous company to fix the siding and replace a faux window in the front of our house. However, they were extremely unprofessional and misrepresented themselves. They said they could replace our faux windows, but they didn't know how to do windows so we ended up with a hack job.

After calling over 20 different companies, we found John McLennan Contracting, and it was a completely different experience. John and his crew are experienced and really know what they're doing. From our experience, they have the means to do whatever you need done on your home. Windows? Siding? Repairs? Interior? Exterior? Great. They made it happen for us.

They did a wonderful job on the faux window and fixed the hack job siding. Now the front of our home looks like what we wanted in the first place. If only we would have found them first!

We'd been given John's name as a recommendation for leakage/windows concerns, and he did not disappoint! John arrived at our Oshawa home & diagnosed the problem within minutes, and a crew was able to come a couple months later to repair and re-side the troubled west wall over a two-day period -- JUST in time for that awful pre-Christmas rain/snow storm. The experience was great - from John on down. His whole team was professional, competent & personable. And he guarantees his work. We would use McLellan Contracting again, and highly recommend!

I hired a another contractor to replace old siding on my home. The contractor presented themselves as knowledgably and had great reviews. Unfortunately, they did not live up to any of those reviews. Siding was put on without any backing, caulking was so bad it was all over my newly installed windows, this is just some of the long list of issues i experienced.

The contractor walked off the job twice when the deficiencies were pointed out to him. I then reached out to John Mc Lellan Contracting Inc for help and they were able to fit me into their schedule and get all the bad work corrected and leave me feeling confident that i was in great hands. The crew that attended the site were professional, courteous and took great pride in their work
