Diningroom suite, and other furniture

DO NOT BUY from RICHARD, the owner is a joke, pathetic doesn't know how to run a business, I regret buying anything from them, the will decieve you. I bought from them and they refuse to serve me after calling several times over 6 weeks and continue to ignore my calls and my messages and refuse to deal with the problems that happened

Bedroom Furniture and leather Couch set

Purchase experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very friendly. Requested delivery date a month in advance. They called me the week before to confirm and again the day before. They arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unpacked and set up my couch set and removed all packaging. My bedroom set, they put it together. Yes there was a problem, my bed side panels were the wrong color, not their fault, it was what was sent. They promised to come back the next morning with the correct panels. They were there as promised. Again, there was a problem, the hardware was not with the panels. So, again they promised to come back the next morning to complete the set up. And again they were there as promised. They completed the set up of my bed and everything has been great since. To me, yes there were problems and this type of thing can happen to any company. What is important to me, is how they handle the issue. It was handled as a priority and with professionalism. The furniture is beautiful and I am very happy with it and the service I received, so yes, I would recommend Frini Furniture to my friends and family.

Master bedroom set

We purchased Sofia bedroom set from Frini's last year. They weren't willing to put the entire amount on the credit card, so we had to apply for additional credit load. Issues after delivery, even after polishing it, left the visible scratch mark on the front of the armour. Just a year and five days later, one of bed frame's legs snapped (was sold to us as a "best" bed frame), within this year multiple spots on bed's foot board veneer appeared, door on the drawer weren't close, the hardware around armour key holes is loose, which will cause for it to leave the scratch. Instead of replacing the frame and fixing the issues (forget compensation), they want to charge $125 for a service call. Never again going to Frini's

Bedroom set and couches

Instead of explaining the nightmare we have so far faced with Frini, I would like to post a picture of their contract for other customers. If you are comfortable shopping at a furniture store who puts this in their contract, please go ahead and shop here, but I advise you against making our mistake.

Furniture sale

If you are in a hurry don't use Frini Furniture. They took 6 months to get us the furniture because the owner decided to hold back the container, delaying the order from getting here with no regard for his customers. We did get the lamps and mirror around the 5 month mark. I had to exchange all three pieces because there were flaws in them all. I spoke with the owners wife Rita and she brushed it off saying that my issues were not even valid. We've been wating for 5 months for a buffet. The first one arrived on our driveway broken. Then I asked to look at the second one at their shop before it left the warehouse, got there and that one had problems too. Needless to say I will not be shopping/ buying furniture from them anymore. The worst part about it is that we such a great experience from them 6 years ago when we bought our table, only trouble is that now they have in my oppinion internally focused and the customer be dammed.

UPDATE: Sept. 02, 2014
- I have been waiting for them to come in and fix the Buffet because the door hinges have split some of the wood in the inlay and their is a scratch on the top of the buffet that we had written in the delivery contract as an issue. It's been over 4 weeks since we finally took delivery and they continue to stale and delay. My guess is they are hoping that we will just go away. I can tell you that Richard (the owner) doesn't seem to have any interest in the store business anymore since he just leaves the store and it's issues. Customers then have to wait until he comes back before anyone (incl. store personnel) can talk with him and then he decides if he's going to do anything about it. It is ludicrous that someone runs a customer based business like that. If history repeats itself I'm guessing he will tell me he won't do anything about it.

Update:
Got the final word from Frini Furniture that they WILL NOT be fixing the buffet. My expectations were never unreasonable nor were they delivered in a unprofessional manner. You can see the pics for your self, I believe they deserve fixing or compensation, neither were given as an option from Frini Furniture. I intend to take this issue to the next level. Wish me luck.

purchase of furniture for two principle rooms

I had the privilege of working with Anna at Frini when it came to choosing furniture for my family room and dining room. I found the service excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Anna helped me design my family room in such a way that makes it feel like a home. She would often call to give me a status of my furniture. I will never go to any other furniture store seeking quality furniture. If you do go, speak to Anna, Michael or Bruno! They know how to treat their customers!

too many items for too much

The treatment that customers receive AFTER the order is placed is insulting and demeaning. the owners' son richard should reflect on his actions and seek help as it will benefit him as well as his customers for richard is a sad man who has no respect for GOD and fellow man.

Sofa

The staff at Frini listened to my needs and were very patient. I did not feel rushed and they did everything they could to meet my needs. I will definitely go back there to purchase furnitiure for my home!
