When our year old dryer quit, the service technician diagnosed the problem quickly. His efforts proved that the dryer had never started correctly. We had been using the select cycle dial to start it up- a one button start when it was for safety reasons to be two. He ordered the part and then when it was received phoned to say that the unit had been sent 'defective'. He had checked it out at the shop. He then brought the second delivered part a week late and installed it correctly. Now our dryer is workig perfectly. We have found Peter's Appliances over the 25 years we have lived in our house to provide xcellent, honest service.
