In August of 2016 JP replaced the circuit board in the pool heater and exactly a month later we closed the pool for the winter. Come this year in June 2017 when he/intern came to start the heater they found the circuit board had gone bust. Since June I have been trying to contact JP to replace the circuit board and he tells me the warranty was only for 6 months and we would need to pay. To which I refused and said that since he replaced the circuit board it was his duty to make sure that the warranty was for a year and seeing it was only used for a month it is his duty to replace the part. He has been taking his time to replace the part and we are moving into August and I have been calling him time and again to get an update. He says he is trying to contact the rep of the company he bought it from but to no avail. In the meantime I have contacted the company and they suggested to him contact the company who can help him out. But till date he just avoids my calls.
