Souk from Sheila's Window Toppers was great to work with. He stuck within my budget, and was able to provide coverings for all the windows in my entire home for a very reasonable price. I am really happy with the installation, and the blackout blinds that we ordered fit the window perfectly. Souk was also able to provide a design consult, since I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. He brought all the samples to our new house, and made sure I was happy with the options that fit in our budget.

We were looking for Hunter Douglas window shades and compared several window cover suppliers including Costco locally. Sheila's has the best price on the material and labor cost. We were surprised to find out that other companies (actually the sales person) were putting so much markup on the Hunter Douglas product. The installation cost from the other guys also almost doubled.
Despite the cost is much lower from Shiela's, their customer service was outstanding. The product was delivered on time, the installer is friendly.
The owner of the company also paid a trip to check the finish work to make sure we were 100% satisfied. It is a great experience for us and we recommend Shiela's to everyone who needs window covers.

We replaced our main floor blinds and bonus room blinds through Sheila’s. Our biggest concern was reducing heat and we were recommended cellular blinds. We’ve had them for a couple of years and they are extremely effective and still look good as new. We also had a blackout cellular blond installed in our west facing master bedroom and the team at Sheila’s has been so helpful, especially when our bedroom blind gave us issues.

I popped in to have a look at the window coverings as we were in the processes of installing new windows throughout our home. Arrangements were made to have someone come to the house to provide an estimate. Souk arrived on time and provided us with knowledgeable information that we hadn't considered when choosing window coverings. It was not high pressure sales and he came with plenty of samples for us to choose from. We decided on 4.5 inch wide shutters throughout the home and we couldn't be happier.
