My Husband and I met Shavan at one of the home shows about 3 years ago. We did what every other couple would do and scope out all the kitchen venders. Some of them screamed out expensive. Their staff were dressed up like they were attending a gala at some and others were a lot more simple. I came across only 2 venders that showed great quality in products and were not so aggressive with us. They had a calm approach. We were not pressured to leave our name and numbers and instead just to call when we’re ready for a quote. I remember writing on their brochures they handed out (Nice Guy). I did that on purpose so I could try to keep track of the ones I may want to do business with when I’m ready. Another show came around and did the same things. When we were finally ready I pulled out everything and discovered I had written on Kakoz brochure Nice Guy twice in both two shows without realizing we had the same great experience with the same company. That meant a lot to me so we finally got down to business and got a couple quotes going. Even thru that process, Kakoz was the best experience and pricing.
Shavan and his team did an amazing job. He made some great suggestions with the design and thank goodness we listened to him as his opinions really changed the look.
He is someone we really trusted and know that he will stand by his products should we encounter any problems in the future.
