Tony was extremely easy to deal with. He was communicative from start to finish. He called to confirm the appointment, then again to say he was running a bit late. While here, he explained everything in plain English and found the problem quickly and easily. I asked him to do a few tests on the furnace, which should have been done by another company but they refused to provide a detailed invoice so who knows what they did or didn't do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A.W. Mechanical and will use him for my furnace and A/C maintenance going forward.

I noticed the house was cold when I came home. I increased the temperature on the thermostat but the furnace still would not come on. I called Tony and left a message and within the hour he called me back and came by to look at the furnace. He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within a reasonable time frame. I called this company Sunday morning because my furnace wasn't working and they they came right away!
Anthony was great! He gave us a solid explanation of the problem and provided a solution on the spot so we could go back to normal same day!!

Once again Tony goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service.
The blower motor on our furnace suddenly stopped working on a Friday evening. Called Tony Saturday morning and he was prompt to come by the same day to look at the furnace.
Long story short, Tony re-arranges his schedule to accommodate us, as we don't have heat, and ultimately shows up with replacements for both the variable speed motor (ECM) and the Control Board, just in case both are gone. We thank you Sir, for keeping our home warm.

My ancient rental water heater started a slow leak. I terminated the rental and called Tony. He was there that afternoon to inspect the old one and give me a quote. He offered a more efficient option, that I declined, and he was there the next day with the new tank and he included removal of the old tank. I am extremely happy with the quality of work, the promptness, and Tony is such a great guy to deal with.
