Rob came out on a weekend and gave me a quote to do some siding repairs and put some weather stripping around a garage door. His quote was the highest; however, I agreed to go with him since he said he could get it done for me on the next weekend. So far, so good.
I contacted Rob the following Friday to confirm he would be at my place on the weekend, as agreed upon. He said he couldn't make it now, since he was tied up on another project. He then committed to come out the following weekend which I agreed to. I contacted him again on the Thursday before that weekend to confirm he would be there. He texted me back to say he would be there on Sunday.
Sunday morning came and I texted him at 10 am to see where he was, as he hadn't yet arrived. 1.5 hrs later (11:30 am) he responded and said he should be there at 3 pm. Hum... quite late in the day to start... I hope he can get it done before the day is done, I thought. 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, 7:30 pm came and gone with a no show. AND, he did not even extend me the courtesy of a text or phone call to say what was going on. In fact, I always had to initiate communication with Rob; he never followed up with me at anytime through this process without me first reaching out to him. I am left with the sense that if I hadn't contacted him to confirm, he probably would not have ever gotten back to me. I gave up a whole day and stayed home that beautiful Sunday waiting for Rob from NU VIEW ROOFING & ALUMINUM. I can't comment on the quality of his work, since we didn't get that far, but anyone who treats a paying customer this way leaves me thinking I would have be disappointed... I've lost all confidence in them. Very Poor Customer Service.
