Stairs R Us.

I was told that the new stairs would not squeak and they do, worst then the builds stairs ever did. I called about 10 times and left voice messages to explained that it had to be fixed, no call back and no one came to repair the issue. Not very professional or good customer service.

Darrian and his workers showed up on time to my home with my custom stairs. They completely removed my old stairs and replaced it with a beautiful staircase. Job took only 2 days, i was surprised and pleased with their speed and craftmanship. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have beautiful stairs.

Darien is an amazing guy! He knew what I needed, and he knew how to execute. When they came in, they took apart my stairs and replaced it with a brand new set of stairs for my basement. The price for the entire job was within my budget, and I feel that I got my money's worth. Thanks Stairs R Us for everything!

I called stairs R US, as my husband saw their truck at our local Rona. Darien the owner immediately came out. We checked home stars and the company reviews were bad but we thought that we would give Darien a chance as he seemed honest. And explained that this was a one time error and Darien the owner gave me his word that I would receive professional results in a timely manor. They were scheduled to come in Oct 31st and did not show up until one week later. The workers were slow and on their telephones half of the time. arrive at10:30 am and left at 1:30 , with a lunch break in between. They spilled paint on my brand new oak floors and proceeded to fix it with varnish and ruined them. It is now May and things are not completely done. Each time they try to fix mistakes they make it worse. And after repeated phone calls I have 90% of the job done, Damaged oak floors , a shaky post and an incomplete /damaged stair. Please read the reviews on home stars as they are accurate. Do not use this company.
