Hi Keith, Let me tell you BC Hydro has really dropped the ball on this one, I am recdeiving aprox. 3 - 4 calls per month with the same complaint. I'm not sure why this is happening but the Customer Service at BC Hydro has dropped considerably over the last few years. There was a time when they would send some one out to review the issues and come up with a solution. Unfortunately, like many other large corporations these days customer is not a priority. I'm glad we could help.
