We wanted to include a multi-room, fully automated audio and home theatre system into (what turned out to be) a MAJOR home renovation. Our initial consultation with Les was very positive. He has a formal background in acoustical engineering and therefore brings to the table a level of understanding & professionalism that is truly noteworthy. Les listened carefully to what we had to say about our needs and offered a lot of constructive ideas that built upon our own. Convinced that we had found the right person for the job, we put him to work. Let me just say that we were not dissapointed! Les's choice of equipment, the quality of his installations, and his attention to detail were top notch. What was equally impressive was his ability to work in conjunction with the many other contractors that were working on the renos. When the project was completed, everything worked perfectly and Les took the time needed to show us how to operate everything. He made sure we were comfortable with it all, and he has always made himself available anytime we had any question. We do not hesitate in giving Les our highest recommendations.
