I found a crack in my cold cellar. The guys were out quickly to do crack injections and when that didn't appear to work, I was on the phone with Chris, who responded right away and made sure the foundation was waterproofed. He called back to ensure I was happy with the service. I'd recommend Chris and the company to my friends!

After receiving 3 quotes from other companies, I decided to go with DryShield. One company went down to my basement and said a price and left. Not only was he late, but he did not even sit down and explain the procedure or price. Ryan on the other hand was very professional and took the time to go over all the details. On project day the crew showed up early and was very polite and professional. They were hard working and considerate.

I totally recommend Dryshield for any of your waterproofing needs. Thanks again!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided by Dryshield. I contacted Dryshield when another company,failed to show up for a scheduled exterior waterproofing appointment. I was very disappointed with the 'other company' because I booked the day off work and had my AC unit removed prior to their expected arrival. The 'other company' failed to notify me of cancellation in a timely fashion -I was notified 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The 'other company' rep said they could not do the work due to rain -I told them it was sunny because there was no rain at the time! He studdered and said it rained the previous night. My response was, "I should have been contacted the previous night"! Dryshield was able to confirm an appointment for the following morning (today). Dryshield completed the job today (it actually rained while he worked) The workers were friendly and very informative. Keep up the wonderful customer service Dryshield! Yoo guys were great!

I was very impressed with Dryshield's performance on this job. Chris and the crew arrived early, were very efficient and courteous and fully installed 100ft. of internal weeping tile, membrane and a sump pump all in one day! Start to finish, the level of service was fantastic and their rates are definitely competitive. Overall, I'm very happy and can't wait to make better use of my basement space!
