I've know Simon for a few years now and he is a very knowledgeable roofer. He's polite and kind and most of all does great work. I've had Guildwood Roofing replace my roof about 4 years ago and it still looks great. Simon takes the time to personally talk to you about your roofing needs. His vast knowledge of the industry is something to make note of as a lot of other roofing companies out there don't stay up to date with the needs of today's market. He will come quote you and offer a very reasonable price compared to others in the business. His work is also guaranteed so if you have any concerns he will personally come and make sure that everything is right. Simon is extremely professional and pleasant. He and his team started right on time and worked hard until the job was completely done.

Simon and his team came to install a new roof for our house a couple of months ago. He provided fast and responsive service. As a follow up for quality check after installation, he showed up at our door way and climbed to the roof for check-ups. It was a very windy day and it did not stop him from providing his service.

Simon is amazing. He and his crew replaced my neibours roof and my roof in one day. I couldn't beleive how hard they worked. We don't have small houses and I was expecting a two day job. First of all Simon (the owner) is very professional and respectful. I can tell that he wants to make his customers happy. Whenever I called him he was always there. His quote was very reasonable and the crew that he sent worked non stop. They came on time and worked incredibly hard. They were too were respectful and polite. They protected my windows by bringing boards, moved lights and furniture to avoid damage, plus the clean up after the job was done was spotless. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Our roof looks great and we are (10 out of 10) very happy.

I needed a new roof. I called Guildwood Roofing and Simon came and quoted me. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions prior to signing and during the day of installation. On the day of the installation, him and his men were on time did the job in one day as expected. Simon explained to me what they did. They did a great job cleaning up as well.
