Simon and his crew installed new roof at my house in 2010. After 8 years, I had to call Simon again as recent strong wind damaged few shingles last week. He promptly came and fix it all under his 10 years warranty. Great services and quality work! I strongly recommend Guildwood Roofing for their great prices and warranty services!

With recent catastrophes within a month that hit southern Ontario, many roofing contractors were very busy to respond to those who were impacted. However, Guildwood stood by their warranty and respond quickly to my urgent request to fix the roof for the second time after the second wind storm, Simon came back to fix our roof even though it wasn't technically covered by my current warranty. I'm very thankful for his favors and commitment to his loyal customers! thank you again, guys!!!

Very good service,very good quality, when we needed to fix the roof problems, after call, within 20 minuets the engineer came, and that is a fast reaction . Their attitude is also very good.

Simon and his crew were polite, hard working and efficient.
They were able to replace a couple plywood boards and remove and replace all the shingles on our roof in about 6 hours.
Cleaned up and it looks great!

Last year in the fall when we had our gutters cleaned the technician told us we needed to get our roof done. We began to browse around Homestars and checked with a neighbor who had just done his roof recently. He told us about the contractor they used - Guildwood Roofing - and what a wonderful job they had done. We were interested, but did our homework and got 4 written quotes.
Simon Zhao, proprietor of Guildwood promptly returned our call and came by to give us his quote. He fully described why some of the items it contained were so critical for a low pitch roof like ours, how they would remove the old shingles and clean-up the job site when they were done. Guildwoods's quote was not the cheapest, but in truth all were pretty close. What made us pick Simon was his prompt follow-up, and obvious knowledge of and enthusiasm for the profession.
Well, the job was completed today and I can say we are so happy with the workmanship, the speed at which they got the job done, and the fact that our property was arguably cleaner than when the Guildwood crew started!

We had a roof leak during a huge rainstorm...... Guildwood came promptly to quote and we really hit it off with Simon....... He explained everything to us in easy terms and then came and completed the job quickly. We have recommended Guildwood to our neighbour and she was happy too!!!!

Simon and his team area great bunch. Simon was responsive and took his time to explain the job. The guys took a little less than a day to complete and were professional. They cleaned up after themselves and we were left with a brand new roof :)
