Muti Kitchen & Bath

Do not use this company, full stop. They never finished our kitchen, mud room, walk in closet(s) and media built ins once they received our money in full. Very disappointment, as we spent a lot of $ for their sub-par services/products.

After a few years of Muti installing my kitchen I had LED lighting issues. Their technician came on a Friday afternoon to resolve the problem. I learned that the electrician had installed the wiring and the transformer could not be located. Muti's technician really cared and stayed on the case and was able to find and replace the faulty transformer even though the issue did not stem from the original Muti install. I am thoroughly impressed by this company, great Italian kitchen cabinetry and their attitude of placing the customer first.

I have had a chance to read a few of these reviews and I am not sure why the people here are complaining. My wife and I built a new home from a builder and essentially gutted the home to customize it to our taste and utility. We put the most money in the kitchen, as we are always there.

We selected Muti due to the fact their showroom was amazing, their pricing was surprisingly on the lower end for a custom kitchen in the GTA and more importantly their team took the time to work with us.

We worked closely with Shelia at the Oakville location to design a kitchen that ultimately has been extremely functional as well as aesthetically appealing. Even though there were a few items that were missed for the installation, they did in fact order the missing parts and install them. I will note that these products do come from Italy (the boxes have cleared customs and you can tell) so they do take about 8-12 weeks, but they do not run away from their promises.

Furthermore, we had one section of the installation come slightly apart resulting in damage to our counter top and a cabinet door. Shelia and Roberto owned the mistake, were here the next day to fix the open shelving that was not secured fully, and had an amazing counter top team at our place to repair the counter within a week. It looks as good as new! They also ordered the replacement cabinet door that was damaged.

Ultimately, there is always room for human error in any kind of home renovation/construction project, however, MUTI and their team keep these errors to a minimum and work with you directly to rectify them. Overall a great job by Sheila and Roberto to only assist us in purchasing a high quality product, but to continue to take care of us after everything was installed. We LOVE our kitchen!

I used Muti KB for a huge reno and I could not be more pleased with the stunning results. Muti KB not only uses amazing, high quality product but the customer service and professionalism that was given to us on our project, from the showroom team to the install team, was first class. My designer, Mark, spared no detail in delivering us the design of our dreams. Mark worked with me to incorporate my own custom hardware into the design and created beautiful and functional storage solutions that fit the modern and bold aesthetic of our home. If you are someone who appreciates a seamless process & superior design, (that's well priced!), look no further than the Muti Toronto team.

I recently renovated three bathrooms in my townhome and Muti was the company I chose to complete all three bathrooms. All faucets, vanities ,
sinks toilets showers glass walls etc. were purchased there. Francesca is outstanding In terms of her knowledge, skill, and creative passion. I cannot speak more highly of the products and the service that Muti delivers. All three bathrooms have turned out beautifully and I am thrilled!

They came to install the kitchen end of sept 2018, they did'nt protect floor so we end up with lost of scratch including walls and ceiling, one door had damage and one section of the countertop which is a glossy finish which my wife requested to be same as the sides but it wasn't, their excuse was that we should had noticed it from the design they send us by email which was a autocad design and you couldn't tell and my wife is not very good with computer
I had an agreement with the manager to put a good review in order to replace a piece of countertop and the damage panel but i call her back the day after to let her know that i will wait until the work is done, so now it's about 6 months so i assume that they have no intention to replace it.
we order several kitchen in the past so thank god, but before you order make you homework about the design you want, also have a written agreement if something go wrong how long would i have to wait, request floor protection. They protect them self by forcing you to pay upfront which i didn't like but wife trusted them
Kitchen looks nice don't get me wrong but the seem to age fast,

A significant interval after installation, a manufacturer's flaw was discovered with the overflow in the vanity's basin. Despite the fact that it would have been beyond what Muti was reasonably responsible for under any implied warranty, Francesca was patient and considerate when evaluating the reason for our dissatisfaction. The basin was replaced with a new one at no charge, and I was able to install it myself. Thank you Francesca and the staff at Muti Kitchen & Bath.

I have purchased a beautiful bathroom vanity in Sept 2018 from Toronto Mutti location and was pleased with the service until i opened the box at home. Backsplash was chipped and after numerous calls and emails with the staff and store manager and excuses such as "they'll take care of me" and how they are "working hard" on getting me a replacement part - i am still to hear back. After emailing the store with pictures for the manager to assess the damage, I call them to follow up (I did, not the other way around) and was told this sometimes happens (which is okay and understandable) and to drop by the showroom and get a replacement backsplash piece. I’ve asked if they have it for me drop by and was told yes. That same day i showed up at the showroom, I was told it is all of a sudden on backorder and was offered a "similar" cheap looking replacement part. At that moment i was told i have two options: take this "similar" piece (which by no means looks the similar sizewise nor design) OR to wait 3 to 6 months to get a new piece. Meanwhile when a friend of mine walked in the showroom and asked about the vanity and backsplash, he was told they have both in stock. After texting me, I called the store right away but was told again by the manager it is out of stock and how she is "working hard to get a replacement for me". How nice of them? They are all talk and nice until you give them the money but once you are stuck with the damaged product they pretty much tell you very very politly to F*** off. I wasn't born yesterday and don't buy managers explanation how "she's working hard in getting me a replacement and will do more digging into it". COME ON!!!! I keep telling everyone to avoid this store because of this horrible experience.

I see on here that there is a lot of dissatisfied customers and Muti seems to have a comment every time trying to discredit persons feedback and make it sound like they’ve done everything and it’s the customer’s fault. Must be the same manager from Toronto location i had to deal with... Either way this is an honest review (can provide copy of a receipt for anyone interested) and no matter what they respond and try to discredit this review it won't change anything. Although they have good stuff in the store, just a chance of being pulled by the nose after the sale is a big no no for me and cannot in my right mind give more than 1 star. However, i'm giving it 2 stars because of super nice staff in the showroom.

I would suggest Muti reassess their management staff and perhaps have them trained better. Course in Ethics might also help. I usually don’t leave comments unless someone really impresses me or majorly disappoints me.
PS I will update my feedback based on any follow up from the store/management.

We renovated our kitchen a year ago and dealt with the Oakville location.
Justin did a fantastic job with the layout/design in our new space and paid attention to every detail. Roberto and support staff also helped to ensure we were completely happy with the end result. We have a wonderful new kitchen now and have received many compliments. We have already recommended Muti to anyone who is looking to renovate a kitchen or bath.

Truly modern design at an affordable price... and Made in Italy.

The design team, led by Justin, was extremely patient and handled nitpicky clients with divergent tastes, like my wife and I, with professionalism. In the end, the design delivered, despite a challenging layout, and we got the kitchen we were hoping for. Designing a kitchen, a typically stressful endeavor to undertake with your spouse as any, yet our meetings were generally calm and relaxing.

Installation and delivery was smooth and on time. It was directly in line with targets set by the company. Roberto was extremely accessible and friendly. In spite of our nitpickiness, he always responded in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations.

In my experience, trying to accomplish modern design is very difficult in the GTA. Typically, this come with a hefty price tag. However, in terms of value, I was pleasantly surprised that Muti was in line with other quotes and budgets I received from local contractors, despite producing a Made in Italy modern kitchen. The final kitchen was delivered and installed almost to the penny of the quote we initially received. We are very happy with the final product and would recommend Muti to our friends.
