We purchased elevator in 2016. It was supposed to have a warranty of 2 years and they told us the service was 24 hr turn around. It wasn't even 24 days. They at first ignored our service request, and then when we got more often and threatened to get lawyers involved they finally sent a service technician. They told us we were too far away yet they charge a minimum of 1.5 hrs travel and we were only 2 hrs... doesn't make any sense, their map shows we were in there travel area and also Federal installed the elevator not some other company. We've now asked for an annual service contract but they say they don't have them for residential elevators although at purchase they said they did. This is an awful company - call someone else.
