Appreciate you taking the time to review us. Wanted to address your comments towards our company.

As the location of the Machine Room was changed from what was signed off on and the builder had left the site, the installation was not ideal from our side. We are not responsible for construction of the Machine Room and we installed to the best of our abilities even though they differed from what was confirmed was going to happen on-site. We always advise, as indicated on our drawings, that sleeves be provided between the machine room and hoistway to run our equipment. We have provided you with a solution to cleaning up the current wiring and are awaiting your reply.

Emails are a good way to capture everything for both parties. There is a team behind the emails, and we have been responsive, and you have communicated with a few of our colleagues.

We can understand your frustration with us sending the tech to a different city and were able to accommodate the next day to lessen the inconvenience.

We look forward to hearing back from your offline about how you would like to proceed.

The shop drawings were signed and approved months ago, and we manufactured the cab accordingly.
Various colleagues have tried talking to you, but you raise your voice, and you threaten us. All along making false allegations about our company and spamming us with bad reviews on multiple platforms.
Regardless of all of this, we have gone to site, we have spoken to you, your wife, and your contractor about the solution but all you do is demand us to fix it at no cost.
We want to finalize your elevator, but you are not willing to approve what is necessary for us to be able to finish our job.
