Emer Developments

Emer Developments claimed to be an expert custom home builder but nothing could be further from the truth. The Builder Howard Emer did not oversee the trades properly and it resulted in our baseboards being installed an inch above the floor, our doors being installed with poor craftmanship, cracked or broken tiles being installed and the list goes on and on. It is not only our home that has suffered, our neighbour sued him to repair poor dry walling in her home (he claimed it was an act of God), another is in the legal process as he installed a malfunctioning heating system, another had her building costs go through the roof as he offset costs onto her from another home he was building at the same time. He brags about building quality homes but will not stand by his work only what the Tarion Home Insurance company will warrant- nothing more.
