We just installed Magic Windows in our home. The existing windows were 29 years old, with crank openings.
We now have windows that all open for cleaning, screens hidden in the frames with privacy blinds as well. The system allows for more exterior natural light and ventilation as required. The installers Joseph and his assistant Christopher worked over 3 days, cleaning up all debris as they went and finished with interior trim. They are some of the best workers we have had in our home, arrived on time and even trimmed our custom blinds to fit at our request. IWe cannot recommend Magic Windows more strongly.

Installed 3 magic windows recently. I love the shaders on them. when I need it, it totally black out the room. When I don't need it, they are invisible.

My basement door needed to be sealed or something done to stop the draft from coming into the area where I worked from home. The door was over 20 years old and needed a refresher.
The staff at Magic Window are quite accommodating.
It took months to have my door installed due to receiving the materials to build my patio door, I would call and the staff were able to update me.
Heidi was especially understanding and sympathetic when there was a slight confusion regarding the opening side of the door. Heidi has the most patient and kind voice.
There is also Stefanie, who was quite understanding and helpful when rescheduling my installation.

We notified the service department of some issues that came up after the windows were installed. We had a great experience with Milap. He was courteous and professional. He addressed all of our outstanding issues in a systematic and efficient manner. He was also very knowledgeable and provided helpful education about maintenance and cleaning of the solar shades and thermal blinds. He should be recognized for the excellent service he provided.

We had Magic windows installed in our last house. We loved them and showed them to the whole neighbourhood. We then moved from that house very shortly thereafter. In the new house we wanted Magic windows back and so we had them installed the in the new house too. Theyre just the best windows. Recently, we had an issue with one of the sliders and we called Magic for service. The technician was efficient, clean, and very good at his job. Overall, we are thrilled with the windows - the lack of fixed screens brings in so much light into the house. They are easy to open, clean, look great, and easy to manage. We highly recommend.

Wow we love our Magic Windows! From sales to installation to service, what a great team. Each step of the way was well explained with emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The installation team was professional and courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. We appreciated the courtesy call to "check in" from sales, after our install. We especially love the blackout blind on our large bedroom window, what a difference it makes to a great night's rest!!
