Quick response to problem with a screen on a patio door, the technician was great and fixed the screen in short order. Very happy with the result.

Magic is A1 in service, from sales all the way through, and the product has made our home infinitely better and well lit. Love the windows. We should've done this sooner. Docked them one point only because the installers could not finish the job in one day, and we sorta fell through the cracks or something before they could finish the job, including cleanup. But service was on our side the whole way and the President even got involved! We're thinking of doing our patio doors with them now...

We recently purchased some replacement windows from Magic. The windows come with a long term warranty. Post installation we called Magic for a service call. The Magic team was timely, friendly and very efficient. Our concerns were dealt with, without any arm wrestling. This is how you wish all vendors would support their warranties.

Just got window replacement for my entire house. Magic's sale Jeff provided professional advices on the options of window and explained well what the unique functions that Magic would do (the retractable shade and bug screen come with the window frame). And Magic kept their promise and came and started their works as schedule. The installation was unexpectedly efficient and tidy. We are so amazed how little dirt left behind when they left at the day end. Now our home got warmer, brighter and looks more modern. We are very satisfied with Magic. Definitely will recommend to others.

Magic Windows is an unusual and amazing company. The windows are simple to open and close and have screens that retract so they are never blocking the view. Even better, they have blinds that can also be built into the windows so that nothing blocks the windows but you can have privacy anytime. The service guys were lovely and provided the extra service of storing the blinds while my reno was being completed so they didn't get dusty. They came back 3 months later to install the blinds and ensure that everything works smoothly.
