MAGIC WINDOWS has outstanding customer service and support. After calling about a problem with one of my magic window blinds, they arranged to have techs drop by to fix within days. They were friendly and helpful and the blind is working great now. I coud not be happier with my Magic Window experience.

We replaced 5 windows on the front of the house. Delivery was very slow due to supply issues, but once installed we were very pleased. The 2 people who did the actual install were very friendly and efficient. I find that with the built in screens, we are more inclined to open the windows for fresh air. Highly recommended.

I had a service call the other day. The technician was prompt, polite, professional and resolved my issue quickly.

We needed a repair/replacement of the retractable bug screen of our kitchen Magic Window. Sometime during the night a bird or a squirrel broke through the bug screen and later, thankfully broke back out leaving a second hole in the same bug screen. Thankfully, we didn't encounter the intruder whatever it was. Nevertheless, we were left with a couple of large holes in the bug screen. So shortly after inspecting the damage I phoned the Service Department of Magic Window. The service staff member that they would send a service representative ASAP.. After just two days the service representative came to our home and replaced the bug screen like new within an hour. We really appreciated the quick quality response to our needs.

The entire process was very professional, from the quotation through to installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic to my friends and neighbors.

We have had our Magic windows since 2008 and when it was time to replace our patio door, a few years ago, we purchased a Magic Window Wall. We have been extremely happy with the windows and window wall. Recently we called service because one of the windows had developed some small spots on the inside. No issue. The window glass was replaced quickly and while the service team was here they asked if we had any other issues. We had a minor issue with the window wall and were told that the newer versions had solved it so they came back a couple of weeks later and installed a small part that wasn't included in our older version. No issue, no cost. Great Service!

We had a problem with the black-out blind that was installed in our new windows. A service technician arrived in a timely manner and corrected the problem. He also provided advice on handling the blinds. We are very pleased with the service that Magic windows has provided.
