We decided we needed to install railings on our front steps for safety and aesthetic reasons. We were familiar with Art Metal Workshop, but only by name and reputation. We had never used their services, nor had we seen their work in person. We were delighted that their response to our initial inquiry was very prompt, and that they were able to send someone to give us a quote quickly. The project cost was exactly what was quoted, the timeline that we were given was accurate, and the installation of our new railings was fast and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with our new railings. The design and the workmanship is outstanding and the railings add beauty and great curb appeal to the front of our house. Additionally, they have been a great safety feature, particularly given this year’s harsh winter! We are absolutely satisfied with the service and experience wth Art Metal Workshop, and would happily recommend them for this type of work.
