After paying almost 40,000 for an elevator I eventually ended up contacting another elevator company to finish the job once and for all don’t expect this company to return your calls

I just wanted to say thank you for the service you provided at our facility. With everything you did from training the staff, and coming back out so quickly to address the tape issues I had, it was a very positive experience overall. I know the end user is very pleased with how the new lift helps their special needs.

I will be mentioning to our purchasing department that Canwest is an excellent company for dealing with on future projects.

My husband and I are very happy with the service and product we received from your company. Steve Poffenroth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was a bit taken aback at the initial estimate that he thought it would cost for the framework build on the ramp but he was able to later recommend someone for my budget. All in all we feel that we received excellent service and a quality product. I would not hesitate to recommend Canwest to others and will do so.

Good Morning,
Needed to call in a service technician last night for the new chair lift. Fred was very accommodating, and stayed until he had the machine running, I am very impressed with your people and the level of service that we have received. Fred came in this morning again, just to ensure that the lift was operating. Thanks, please let everyone know.
