Galaxy Windows

I saw Galaxy Windows do some windows and doors replacement on the street. Their representative, Alex was there on installation and I asked him to stop by and do a quick quote on our original sliding door. I was satisfied with his explanation and especially the price. His only condition was that it would have to be installed the next day while his crew were still finishing the neighbour's windows, which actually was a perk for me ;) Anyway, the door came brand new and in the box the following day and couple hours later it was all finished. Right away it seems the kitchen floor became warmer and the room got somewhat more liveable. I'm very pleased with the upgrade. Special thanks to Vlad and Mike the installers for a job well done.

We bought a home that was built in the 50's and and it had those drafty aluminum windows that I think were installed 20+ years back. As they turned out to be a lot colder than what we had in our previous place, we didn't feel like having to put up with them for another winter. When we called Galaxy we already had an idea on the price and were basically looking for better product. Their guy who came out for a quote, Dmitri, knew everything about not only windows but also installation details and helped us to decide on the options. We got 3-glazed windows for the front, mostly to reduce noise form the street and the rest were done as regular casement type. The entire job was performed "as advertised", the crew was professional, courteous and fast. The next morning when we looked at the windows we just couldn't believe how much difference they made to the character of our home. They look like traditional painted wood windows and Dmitri made a point that there is no black rubber seal around the glass, like in other cheap vinyl windows. We are very pleased with Galaxy Windows and all their employees and are now looking forward to replace the doors too.

We just wanted to thank Galaxy WD and the guys for an excellent job they've done. We did 3 "casement" windows at the back of the house and are very pleased with the outcome. They open now very smoothly and are light years ahead in appearance and design when compared to the original ones. We also noticed that it's got much quieter in the bedroom. We'll most certainly continue with this company when we decide to replace the rest of the windows. All the best,

I had Galaxy install 6 windows and a front door on my new-to-me townhouse in November. Dmitri was fantastic to work with. After 4 other quotes, he was the 1st one to spend time showing me the product and asking me about daytime sun exposure and inside temperatures to determine the best glass for my windows. Alex and his team did the installation. They were terrific too. I wasn't surprised to see that my neighbours across the street also used Galaxy for their windows a month after I did. Their's and mine look great! And the price couldn't be beat! Thanks GALAXY

Just wanted to say how pleased we are with our recent renovation. We contracted Galaxy having had numerous estimates before. Their representative was by and large the most knowledgeable guy in business and explained to us what it is that makes a great window well, great. We felt confident to trust them with our investment. Everything turned out beyond our expectations. Vlad, their installer was here on time and have done a marvellous job installing all of the 23 windows we ordered. I actually looked at the windows done on my street and there's simply no comparison in how meticulously and skillfully our installation has been done. On top of everything Galaxy's price was very competitive. I'd suggest to everyone to give these guys a shot and experience the difference. Thank you so much folks, have a happy New Year!

Dmitri gave us the best possible price on several doors we were replacing and did not over-sell us. The doors were efficiently installed by Mike and his colleague and although there was a mismatch with a storm door they were installing, Dmitri told us not to worry and had a replacement ordered and installed for us afterwards at no cost to us. I'll go back to them when we need to replace our windows in the spring.

We are extremely happy with the entire process from quotation to completion. The quality of the workmanship and the products are excellent. They had answered any questions that we had and provided good ideas and recommendations. We are glad that we went with the brick to brick installation as opposed to retrofit. Our new front door and side panel windows are beautiful. There was a great selection available for us to choose between. The installation team, led by Vlad, was experienced and did an impeccable job and left the premises tidy and clean. Dimitri dropped by during installation to ensure that everything was going well and to everyones satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Galaxy to my friends and family.

Dumitri is the second contractor we had interviewed. And we closed the deal on the same day he came. His knowledge and professional answers about windows gave us a very deep impression. MORE IMPORTANT, this price really surprised us! His partner Alex and the team finished the installation in 2 days. It's been two months after the installation. Now we can say that we are very satisfied with the windows they recommended and the service they provided. We need new patio doors too. We definitely go with they once we have enough budget.
