Galaxy Windows

3 months ago we bought this house and at our first visitation i invited Dmitri to come and give me a quote to replace all the windows in the house. Dmitri took all the measurements and on our 2nd visitation Alex came by and did the final measurements. We took possession of the house on May 29th. Alex and his team came in on June 8th and completed the work on June 9th. They were very professional and as promised did a great job and took away the old windows. Having the new windows already has added value to our house. I plan on using Galaxy again when we replace our main door.

My Experience with Galaxy Windows was excellent from start to finish. Dimitri from Galaxy was amazing from the first visit to our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We found Galaxy to be the best quality and price. The installers to were awesome, they did a fantastic job. They take pride in the work they do. We are so happy with the results. Fantastic Work!!! Our new windows are GREAT !! Our old windows were in terrible condition. There was so much condensation and because there is so much traffic on our street, it was very noisy. Our new windows are totally sealed. The house is warmer and as Dimitri promised "they are sound proof"

Galaxy were very conscientious during the initial consultation/quotation, the subsequent measuring process and most importantly, the installation. Good communication and you can tell they care about doing good work. Recommended.

Galaxy Replaced some more of our windows. As before the work was on time, budget and done to a very high standard by knowledgeable installers; they fully met all our expectations.

Our windows on the upper level and main entrance door were in terrible condition and needed replacement. We had been looking at a lot of potential vendors but were not having a lot of luck with finding a vendor that provided the quality of products and service we were looking for at a competitive price we could afford. As we went through our list of vendors, we finally arrived at Galaxy Windows. Expecting more of the same experience, with vendors providing little flexibility when it came to products offered (we had a particular door design that was not too common) or pricing, we were pleasantly surprised to find Galaxy open to our ideas and very accommodating of our questions and concerns. Our Galaxy representative was also very willing to stay back and work with us to find a price that we would feel happy to pay. In the end we were able to purchase good quality brand name products with the required certifications and warranties and at a price that was significantly better than the competitors.

When the day arrived to start the work, we were happy to see how much care was given to protecting our hardwood floors, freshly painted walls and furniture. When the work was completed, there was surprisingly no additional touch up or remedial work required and little cleaning up to do. The quality of work was also very good. The best part of the experience was that the work started on schedule and finished one day earlier than expected, a great ending to this project!

As an additional note, once the project was completed, we had a question about our windows. Galaxy was more than happy to provide further information and help us out.

once again, galaxy did a great job, it was the third time I hired them, this time was for the remaining bay window and large 3 section wiondow plus basement awming ( ileft thee cause I ran out of budget prevuously. They came in mid January as i agreed, and it was freaking cold, so they worked fast, but with high quality workmanship. Unfortunaley they had an issue with one of the windows so had to reorder one piece - they sealed it up and finished a few days later., no problem. You may be able to find a better price elsewhere, but I'm not not saying galaxy is overpriced, but I can guarantee if you hire galaxy, you will not regret it. And surely Hometech makes the best quality windows, dont get anything else.
