I needed to replace all of my windows, patio and side entry doors, and called Galaxy Windows for an estimate. Dmitri came over to provide me with an estimate, and from the very start, Dmitri was very professional and was able to deal with all of our questions in a very calm manner, never making us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We went with the Hometech series for our windows, which are of very high quality and overall beautiful windows. We even went with Dmitri to Hometech's manufacturing site, to see the windows/doors 'up close and personal'. In terms of installation, I was very impressed. Alex and Vlad worked very hard and did an outstanding job with the installation...They came when they said they would, and completed the job in 2 1/2 days - exactly in the amount of time they had estimated. They were very professional, and really paid a great deal of attention to detail during the installation, never cutting any corners and really taking pride in their profession. Dmitri also dropped by a couple of times during the installation, to ensure everything was being installed as per my expectations, which they were. He even followed up the next day after the installation was completed, to check in and ensure that I was 100% satisfied, which I was. I would without hesitation recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone needing to replace their windows/doors!

My parents were looking to have all their windows and door replaced and had a few companies come to give a quote. My parents were really impressed with Dmitri as he provided advice and recommended size of windows based on the non standard window sizes that were in the home. Right away my mom knew she wanted Galaxy to do the work. From start to finish both Dimtri and Alex kept my mom in the loop with the progress of the ordering to the installation . Galaxy exceeded our expectations in every way. Dimitri gave us a clear quote backed by exhaustive knowledge of his product and service. Installation was three weeks ahead of schedule and completed (all three floors and two sliding glass doors) in two days, just under Dimitri's prediction of a two and a half day job. The installers were absolute pros and perfectionists. If they had any problems, we didn't hear about them. They just got the job done The windows are beautiful and when they are closed, the house feels like it's sealed like a drum. We could not have made a better choice!

We were impressed with Galaxy Windows ability to accommodate us. We had a freak accident where one of our previous windows shattered. Alex Adam (owner) and Galaxy Windows found a way to move up installation for us because of this emergency.
Dimitri came to give the estimate. Dimitri presentation was thorough and well organized. His expertise in his profession was showcased through-out the meeting. We were very pleased with his information and felt confident in his advice on the type of windows to be installed in each location. Galaxy windows also offered the most competitive pricing for Hometech Windows out of the multiple companies we contacted.
There were no delays in the ordering and installation of the windows. The windows were installed by Alex and Vlad. Both were very professional, and had great attention to detail in their work. Their installation on all the windows was flawless. They came on schedule and were actually able to complete the job half a day early. Following installation they cleaned up very neatly.
Dimitri also did a final inspection of the windows on the last day of installation. We noticed a slight issue with one window (pewter was not at a perfect 90 degree). Dimitri had the window replaced by Hometech within the week. We did not have to do anything! Dimitri contacted Hometech himself and have everything arranged. The only communication between Hometech and us was scheduling an appointment.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided from the initial quote to the installation. Dimitri is very professional and courteous and the installation was on time. Both Alex & Vlad (the installers) were professional and worked very hard. They called the night before and again in the morning to say what time they would be arriving. Care was taken that all floors were covered and they also cleaned up when finished. Dimitri stopped by to inspect the work and there were no issues at all. We were very pleased with the product as well as the workmanship. We would highly recommend Galaxy Windows!

Our experience with Galaxy Windows was fantastic! Beginning with our first meeting with Dimitri and down to the installation of the windows and doors, the entire experience was smooth and painless. The price was competitive, the installers were on time and worked all day (12 hours!) until the job was complete and the final result is beautiful!!! My husband and I recently purchased a house that was built in 1925 that had several different types of windows from different decades. Galaxy was one of three companies that gave us quotes. All three companies had pretty similar quotes, but what impressed us with Galaxy was Dmitri's thorough presentation. We were really impressed with his information and felt confident going with Galaxy. It took about a month and a half for the windows to be ordered, made and installed. The windows were installed by Hometech in one day while we were at work. We decided to go with single hung white windows and are extremely happy with them.
We had a small issue with one window and contacted Dmitri about it. He immediately contacted Hometech and they sent a service person within a day. The issue was resolved promptly with no cost. We are very impressed with how much Galaxy is concerned with keeping their customers satisfied even after payment is made and the windows are installed.
