We had a great experience with Galaxy Windows. Dmitri (sales rep) was awesome from start to finish and even came by the last day to check on things. Mike and his teammate did a great job and were very thorough. Were happy with the work done.

Dimitri, the co-owner was very professional and patient when explaining the product to us and offered very competitive pricing. Alex and his team arrived on time for the installation and were extremely efficient with completing the installation of 10 windows and 2 storm doors within 7 hours. They were careful with the clean up after the work was completed and we couldn`t be happier with their work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.

He introduced me to awning style windows and they are definitely an improvement to what we had. Alex and Igor were able to install all six windows in half a day and did a great job. We ran into an issue and required a different sized trim. Alex came back the very next day to finish the installation. We really appreciate their attention to detail and service. We researched alot of Window Replacement companies, it took a while to decide as it was a huge investment. Dmitri came to explain the product to us and allowed us to visit the show rooms to view the windows and patio door. We went with Galaxy Windows because they were very informative and answered all our question. On installation day they were very professional and took very good care of our home. They cleaning up everything and addressed any concerns we had immediately.

Management came to see the job and made sure everything was completed as per agreement. After service has been amazing, every call is answered right away.

I did a thorough investigation of companies before choosing Galaxy Windows to install 9 windows. We were concerned about maintaining the structural integrity of the woodwork inside. Alex and his partner took care and didn't disrupt anything. The windows look like they were meant to be there. We had damage around an exterior window that was on a second floor and were wondering how it would be handled. We had them replace 16 windows and a patio door. I had several companies quote on the job, and Galaxy Windows made the decision easy by offering a competitive price and convincing me that they had the experience and competence to ensure the job was done right.
Most importantly they followed through! Quality VinylPro windows and a quality install. Beautiful job on the brick mould and interior casing. To top it off, they were on schedule and completed the job in only two days to my amazement! Great work!

Had 6 windows installed by Alex today. All came out great. Alex and team came on time and took only 1 day to install all six windows. Windows were also 4 weeks ahead of schdule. Dimitri and Alex were great to deal with, great customer service. Explained the different types of windows and show pictures of past jobs. We are very happy with the whole process.

After Galaxy successfully completed 10 windows 4 years ago (see earlier post), we invited them back again to quote on the remaining 8. Not surprising, Dmitri once again gave us great advice and a competitive quote for simliar triple pane windows as before, in addition to 2 double pane picture frame windows. They were installed yesterday, 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Once again Alex (with Igor this time) did another perfect installation, including interior wood trim. They even stopped to show me that they found some water damage on the exterior sheathing above one of the windows so I could have my roofer take a look for a cause. Thanks again to the Galaxy team! Great service from great guys.
