The installation was trouble free, done very cleanly and as advertised. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional manner. All the trim was done very well and the overall finish looks premium. Also the price was really competitive with all the other quotes I have received when scoping out the job.

Over all, very happy with my choice and I'd like to thank Alex and the installers for their great work.

I had great experience with Galaxy window. We replaced windows and patio, totaling 13 units. From start to finish, the sales representative, and the installation team were easy to deal with and displayed honesty. There were no hidden fees; everything was straightforward. All the windows and patio doors are Energy Star graded. The installation team was professional and efficient. They arrived on time, were careful during the tear-down process, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and remarkably
completed the project in just one and a half days. They also removed the old windows and patio door and cleaned up the area after they completed job.

Overall, I would rate them 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Galaxy WD to anyone in need of window and patio door replacements.

Handling a 30+ windows / patio door project was not an easy task, given that I had no clue about windows type and service providers. Most importantly, this project was for my mum who sometimes could have a number of expectations and cost constraints :) I am glad that Galaxy Windows and the teams were able to support me and meet our needs! Galaxy Windows was one of my 6 top service providers selected based on my research their prices were not the cheapest but not the highest. However, with the professional and approachable free consultation from Alex (sales) and other factors such as customer reviews, window types and warranty terms, I decided to go with my gut feeling. I would specifically like to appreciate another Alex (measurement and installation). On the window measurement day, it was raining pretty badly initially and I thought it would be cancelled. However, Alex waited until the rain became lighter to start the measurement. It was challenging after heavy rain but I can tell he put his greatest effort on that day! During the 3 day installation, again, Alex and his team were very efficient and competent. With minimal break every day but coming very early in the morning, they managed to finish all installation within 2.5 days instead of 3. Every day, they cleaned up the floor area for the relevant windows and took out all garbage which my mum appreciated the most :) no mess in the house. Lastly, Alex (sales) and the 3rd Alex (accounting) were also helpful when I had to collect the invoice in the right format for my post-retrofit evaluation. The final audit happened on Oct 30 and the inspector even commented that our Vinyl-Pro windows and Ocean-view patio door looked awesome!

Working with Dmitri from the first day was such a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and offered expert advice to replace our 30 year old windows brick-to-brick. His pricing was much less than the Big Box stores who just assign the job to contractors and leave you stranded. He stands by his team and will ensure his customers are happy with every detail. Alex and Igor came to replace 15 windows and 1 patio door. The workmanship is second to none. The windows are so beautiful we decided not to put the washroom blinds back up, because the trim and the frost (which Dmitri recommended) are so nice we dont want to cover them! In the future when we need a new door, we will be calling Dmitri.

Galaxy Windows & Doors did an amazing job for replacing the windows for my house. They were professional throughout the experience. Dmitri provided a lot of information and suggestions during the free-estimate. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism during the installation day. They arrived punctually at 8:30 AM and started the work (as they mentioned). They covered the floors wherever they were walking & doing the work. After completing the project, they cleaned up all the debris and left it the same way as it was before the installation. They were able to change 7 windows and install cladding for the front of the house and were able to complete it by mid-day! All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience working with Galaxy Windows & Doors. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for windows replacement.
