Salesman Dmitri was very professional and courteous. Meeting with him was very informative, he was helpful and answered all my questions.

Of course the window product is excellent. But I was even more surprised by the crew who did the installation.

The crew worked very hard, they were focused and precise, and generally well organized. They too were helpful and answered my questions about the windows. Alex's installation was a perfect fit, the measurements were precise down to the millimeter. Their work was very clean, they covered everything up, and cleaned up the property afterwards.

Everything was done exactly on time. We had no delays for our appointment, the crew arrived exactly on time, and the installation was complete even a little ahead of the time they promised!

Also they took care of the Ontario Energy rebate for us, which was a huge plus.

I would happily recommend to friends, family and colleagues!
