Galaxy Windows came to change the windows for us 2 weekes ago. Both my wife and I are very happy with their service and the quality of the windows. When we talked to Alex (the business partner) during the consultation, he focused on our needs rather than the amount of the contract. Thanks to him, we do not spend money on something we do not need.
The whole process took two days. Alex (the technician) and Eugene were very professional and super friendly. They were just like a small army troop, very efficient and also played attention to details. They covered all the working areas and picked up every single bit of garage afterward.
We got two new windows 2 years ago, but the Galaxy ones are better, especially the glass, by just looking at it you can tell the difference. They really do block more noise, and they are very clear (it almost looks as if there is no window).
In a nutshell, the whole process starting from reached out to Alex until it done; it is very pleasant and comfortable. My wife has already mentioned to her friends that if they want to change windows, reach out to Alex first before calling anyone.
