I recently had a furnace installed. I required a cold air return grill to complete the install. I was left 3 different sizes of return air grilles on multiple days and not a single one of the three grills fit the opening. I obtained the correct sized grill after 3 weeks of chasing and following up with the tech. I had to follow up numerous times before I was heard. The individual who answers the phone was not at all friendly or willing to let me speak to a boss regarding my install. No follow up email or call was given for feedback on the install. The 4th grill (correct size) was left outside when I was not home and no effort was made to come back and complete the grill install. Customer service is not the best!
