Willow Landscape

When we decided to install a new in-ground pool that also meant that we needed to do a lot of landscaping to finish the yard. We chose Willow based on a number of factors, including positive reviews online and a close working relationship (they share a building) with the pool company we selected (Dream Pools). Our decision was confirmed as the right one after we met with their team and their designer (jordan) showed us their plans for our yard--they came up with a plan that was exactly what we wanted, even though we didn't really know how to articulate what we were looking for.

When it got closer to the actual start date for the project we met with the project manager (karla). I was impressed with our meeting, she made some suggestions to modify a couple of aspects of the original proposal for reasons that made sense to us and overall improved the yard. When certain materials were no longer available or became cost prohibitive (COVID related inflation, supply issues etc) she was able to recommend alternatives that were more in line with what we were willing to spend and still preserved the overall look that we were going for.

There were a couple of issues with the permitting process, and tree removal, mostly because we live in an area where Willow has not done much work previously, but Willow handled these in a satisfactory way and the project was able to proceed on time, with no delays.

The quality of the work was outstanding. for the price we were paying we had very high expectations and we were not disappointed. The yard looks great, probably better than we were hoping. Karla was frequently on site checking progress and ensuring everything was being done properly. Subsequent to the completion of the project we had some questions come up about the care/maintenance of the stone we had chosen. Karla arranged for a representative from Techo-Bloc to come check our yard to make sure that all of our questions were addressed and that we had a plan for the care of the stone going forward.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work Willow did. Jordan designed a great yard for us and Karla was excellent to work with as project manager, taking the concept and making it reality.

We hired Willow this past summer looking for our backyard to be completely redone including new hardscape, pool coping and deck. It was one of our largest projects and wanted a partner to join us on this journey. That was how we approached it and Willow understood that. After doing our research and talking with various landscape companies in Oakville, it became abundantly clear that Willow and their professional team would be that right partner from design right through to completion. They worked with us to come up with a great design. Their dedication to customer service was exemplary from start to finish. All issues or concerns were addressed without debate and left me feeling satisfied. I want to thank the entire team for their hard work, attention to detail and most of all putting up with me as your customer. ;-) Special shout out to Steffan, Draper, Jack and Danielle. Thanks for giving us a backyard that we will be enjoying for years to come.

I have used Willow Landscaping a couple of times over the last few years, most recently to provide lawn and garden services this past spring and summer. Their immediate response to my last minute need for the service was truely a godsend.

Willow Landscape installed a flagstone patio with a water feature and lighting, accent walls around two gardens, a pathway, new steps for our existing deck and a new bench. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the care that the crew took to ensure that the lawn remained in great shape through the construction process. Draper, the crew chief was very helpful with introducing ideas that really enhanced the finished product. We are very happy with our new backyard look and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Willow for any of your landscaping needs.

Kevin and Lynda are absolutely amazing to deal with! From our first initial meeting to the end of phase 1 of our project, Kevin and the team were accommodating, creative/insightful, professional and extremely customer-centric. They also were very accommodating to our budget and always found ways to meet and often save money with alternate solutions.

Even when a issue arose, Kevin's vision kicked in and was able to provide a solution right away. Quite an incredible skill!

Coupled with Draper, his site manager... he was absolutely phenomenal. His attention to detail and workmanship was stellar and even when a on foreseen issue came up, Draper was able to accommodate and fix without swaying from our original design and within our allocated budget.

We are completing both the front and back of our house with Willow and are signing up for the maintenance program. I would not hesitate to refer them to family, friends and coworkers.

Needless to say, we would highly recommend!!

After decided to put a pool in the backyard, the next big question was what to do about the landscaping. Our vison was very basic and after meeting with Willow Landscaping and hearing Kevin's ideas and thoughts our backyard is beyond our wildest dreams! The guys from willow worked fast and had no issues with some tweaks along way. A great experience that does not happen very often these days.

We were looking for someone to re-level the interlocking on our driveway and reinstall some interlocking around a basketball pole in the driveway and found Willow Landscaping through a Google search. We are very pleased with the job they did, very professional job and they were able to fit us in relatively quickly. We are looking to use Willow again for other landscaping services. Thanks guys!

Willow Landscape did a wonderful job getting our large corner yard into 'show' condition. They cleaned out all winter debris, trimmed, edged, mowed, added mulch to all beds, dug up dead bushes/trees and revitalized a messy garden with new plants. The crew was courteous, thorough and efficient. We have already booked them for another maintenance visit. We are thrilled with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
