I have dealt with SIP East for a couple years regarding product orientation, information, application, and many other aspects related to the many new and unique materials they offer. They have been exceptionally friendly and positive to deal with and are very welcoming with their prompt service and knowledgeable help. Specifically, Sarah has provided a significant amount of patient, friendly, efficient, and high level service.

I ordered a Osmo clear coat sample. They responded quickly to my inquiry, shipped the sample same day, received it the next day. Thank you for the quick turnaround even for a very small order.

I've been ordering Osmo Top Oil from SIP for some time now, and their customer service has been outstanding. On one particular order, their was a mix up with the product, and the staff at SIP rectified the problem immediately. After resolving the issue with their technical staff, they immediately resent the proper product (at no expense to me), and as a token they kindly gifted the mislabeled product. As a self employed contractor, it was a relief to see a company do the right thing, and these are the actions that will keep me as a loyal customer.

Had my whole kitchen renovated with these amazing Paperstone countertops! The two staff members I mainly dealt with were named Alfie and Anthony. They were respectful and aided their team in the installation process. The countertops look fantastic and the process with quick and easy with the guys.
