Decided to replace a front door in my house last year and I'm not dissapointed that I chose to deal with this company. Andrew was very responsive, patient to answer all my questions, always right to the point, helped through the process of choosing the right door (custom Canadian fibreglass door). I visited their showrooms and warehouse that helped a lot as well. Vitaly (installer) did just excellent job. No complaints. Everything in time, professional, very nice and left the site clean. I'm very pleased with the quality of the door as well as the service. The whole process from signing the contract through the installation took just under 2 month.

Andrew is responsive and helped me choose a beautiful door. Their crew is fantastic. The door is great and it really improved the entire look of the house immensely. I'm super pleased.

Entry Doors Toronto did an exceptional job. They were excellent to deal with. They came when they said that they would and they came on time. The gentleman that did the enclosure was very pleasant,worked well and got the job done very quickly. I am very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend this company. I decided to replace my patio and front doors based on experience with European tilt and turn patio doors. Alex was patient in answering all of my questions and providing examples of the quality of his door products. After comparison with 4 or 5 European made doors I selected a Vikking Diplomat for the front door, a custom painted fibreglass wood frame door with side lights and excellent multi-point hardware and an Aluplast vinyl tilt and turn for the patio. For comparable quality Alex's prices were less expensive than German made doors. His installers Arturo, Simon and 3rd person demonstrated quality workmanship, were careful and cleaned up before leaving.

We started the process of looking for new entry doors about 6 months ago. After contacting various companies, we found the customer service and response time to be exceptionally high with Andrew. He was very patient in terms of arranging visits to our house on several occasions to bring various samples. We also visited the warehouse where the doors are finished and we could see some finished product and get a feel for various handles. While the time required to create the custom doors was long (about 4 months after deposit was made) – we picked a highly customizable door (where we picked a very particular stained glass panel configuration) and the factory had holiday shutdowns as well so that might have added to the lead time.

Artur and Simon (the installers) were very professional. It took them about 8 hours to remove the 3 old doors (both regular and storm doors) including about 45 minutes for lunch. They took their time to ensure there was no damage to our property and removed the existing doors in a way that would allow us to keep them in order to use them for other projects. They also showed us how to use the adjustable sill at the bottom of the doors. They also cleaned up, vacuumed and were very courteous throughout the process of installation.

We are very happy with the finished product and there was additional follow up to ensure that we were satisfied with the doors/installation.

I needed a new front door because the old one was jamming and letting drafts in. I got 3 quotes from various companies including this one. Andrew who came out to give the quite spent time answering my questions and sent me pictures of the various options I was considering. I visited the showroom / factory to get an idea of what the colours truly look like. Andrew's patience was really appreciated because it was a big purchase. Arthur installed my door. He was very professional, focussed, fast and also took the time to talk me through what he was doing as I had questions. Overall it was a good experience and I have a fabulous new door that is windproof. I would totally recommend them.

We were introduced to Entry Doors after a friend got a new door. From the first visit to the showroom, and several site visits, Alex was the ultimate professional in showing us and discussing various options. Once we settled on a door style and make, final measurements were taken and the door ordered. It took a while from the order to the installation, approx 4 months.
On installation day, Arturo and Simon came on time as promised, and began their work. The installation lasted approximately 6 hours.
Our new door looks great and we are truly happy that we were introduced to Alex and his team.

THIS EUROPEAN MADE CUSTOM ORDER INCLUDED AN ENTRY SYSTEM AND 5 EXTERIOR DOORS AND 1 VERY LARGE WINDOW COMBINATION. WHAT I GOT WAS AN ATTRACTIVE PRODUCT OF EXCELLENT QUALITY WITH IMPRESSIVE FEATURES SUCH AS TRIPLE GLAZING, TILT/TURN IN DOOR & WINDOWS HAVING SCREENS, MULTI-POINT LOCKING SYSTEM AND NICE HARDWARE THROUGHOUT.
I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE SKILL, DEDICATION AND THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE OF THE INSTALLATION TEAM OF SIMON & ARTHUR. THEY DELIVERED THE PRODUCT AND COMPLETED THE COMPLICATED REMOVAL OF THE OLD EXISTING AND INSTALLATION OF ALL THE NEW IN 2 LONG DAYS DOING AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY ALSO TOOK AWAY ALL THE REMOVED DEBRIS AND LEFT THE SITE COMPLETELY CLEAN.

We are very pleased with the door. Energy efficent and built like a bank vault. It was custom designed with much helpful input from Alex. The installation team (Simon & Arthur) were friendly, clean and on time.
