M&R Roofing

We hired M&R Roofing to replace our existing roof (original cedar shingles plus 2 – 3 layers of asphalt shingles) with a new roof (CertainTeed Landmark Shingles in Pewter). Maciej who provided us with the estimate was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a full inspection of our existing roof providing a detailed quote of all the work that needed to be done. He was also easily accessible by email and phone to answer any questions. The crew was at our house for 2 days and all 4 members were very pleasant. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew was very respectful of our property and that of our neighbours, making sure to protect our house and those on either side of us during the work. They left the property very clean once they were done. Marcin (owner) was also very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do their roof. We contracted M&R Roofing to replace the shingles on our roof as well as 3 old skylights. Maciej was very professional in his communication with us, his assessment of the work required and explained the cost of the contract clearly, answering all of our questions and concerns. The work was done on time, roof and skylights look great, and the site was left in a very clean state (like they'd never been there!). Overall we are very happy with Maciej and his M&R team and would recommend them to friends and family.

M&R Roofing did a great job on two flat roofs on our home. We had a number of quotes and right from the initial meeting they left us feeling confident our roof would be repaired properly and at a reasonable cost. The work was completed on time, the crew was friendly and cleaned up thoroughly. We are going to have them back to build our deck on the third floor. Will definately recommend them to friends and family

M&R were outstanding in their customer service and workmanship. They were happy to answer our questions and their videos online helped us understand the process. Thier pricing was considerably lower than others because they were able to do the job without scaffolding. They arrived on time, took care to make sure the awnings and landscaping. I came home each night to a clean work area. The roof looks great and I have no more worries about it.

I HAD SUCH A HARD TIME WITH OTHER ROOFERS JUST GETTING BACK TO ME BUT RIGHT AWAY M&R CAME AND ACTUALLY TOOK A LADDER TO GET A GOOD LOOK AT THE ROOF (OTHERS DID NOT GET UP ON THE ROOF A CLEAR SIGN YOU SHOLD BE NERVIOUS ) GAVE ME A DETAILED LIST OF WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHICH WAS MORE AND CHEAPER THEN OTHERS. THEY WERE ALL SO NICE AND COURTEOUS IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. AND BY THE WAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU A PICTURE OF THE BEFORE AND AFTER IF YOU WANT IT. CLEANED UP AND INSULATED AS WELL. WOULD CALL TTHEM FOR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS I HAVE.

just had our roof done by M&R and we are very happy. they were not the cheapest of my estimates but the personality of the front man, maciej sold me on them.
it took a bit for them to come based mostly on the weather, but as soon as they pinned down a date, they came and were fast and furious. the clean up was amazing and follow up was professional.

we had cedar shingles and asphalt done. we are remarkably happy. i would highly recommend them.
