We were having problems with our sewage pump in the basement and it was overflowing every 12-14 months. The guys that came from Harris plumbing noticed right away that some pipes were not properly installed, but they had to temporarily solve the problem. they did not fix it only because I am in a new home and felt this was something the builder needed to look after and correct. Thanks to harris plumbig I was able to tell the builder what the problem seemed to be, it took three years but they finally agreed to correct the issue. Now, fingers crossed, the sewage will stay where it belongs.
