Foul smell was lingering in the house due to no trap being installed after work was done the smell has disappeared

We are so pleased with all of the work completed by Harris Plumbing. All of our questions were answered honestly, and very thorough explanations were given, when required. We are most impressed with the patience of the service provider, ensuring each fix was completed properly, and with the utmost attention to detail. This was the third company that I called. Service guy called in about 10 minutes and were the only 1 who could come. Service guy was great. Fixed it in about 15 minutes.

I had broken pipes in the garage that needs to be fixed so I can turn on the outside water

Toilet tank fractured. Needed a plumber asap. They were very busy but we're able to send someone the next day. Did an excellent job. Very considerate, neat and clean. Explained everything.

I needed pipes to be relocated behind the walls to facilitate cabinet installation in my laundry room.
Since it was an exterior wall, there was concern about the pipes freezing during the winter. Brendan’s
suggestions solved the problems and he got the job done quickly and neatly. He came back later to install my stacked
washer dryer and did a great job. The office staff are very polite and friendly. Overall, a great experience. Thanks so much.

Great Service! Fast and prompt during one of the worst ice storms! It was late in the evening and the weather was the worst! Called Harris and a return call from Zach who said he was in the area and would be over in 20 minutes!

Our sump pump stopped working and the pit continued to fill. Fortunately for us, Harris Plumping had installed an emergency back-up pump 2 years earlier when we bought the house. However, we were still very worried because the emergency pump was working so hard. We called, and Brendan came very soon after (he had 3 other emergency calls before us). He was great. Fixed the problem very quickly, and clearly explained everything. We appreciate the fact that Harris Plumbing has always charged us solely for the work that needs to be done and never added any unnecessary repairs. Brendan was very respectful of our home and did a great job.

What a pleasure it has been working with everyone I encountered at Harris Plumbing from Ashley and the other ladies who were always helpful and cheerful, to Brendan the technician who installed 2 new toilets in my condo, a polite, pleasant young man who worked diligently and left my washrooms exactly as he found them. The price was as quoted, not a cent more. As President of my Condo Board, I would have no qualms recommending Harris Plumbing to the residents in my building. Excellent service, plumbers were good and polite.
