I converted a sitting room (with fireplace) into a dining room. My renovation was completed in the agreed time, with the highest work ethic. Mid-renovation I asked Mike to make some changes - no problem - his ideas/input was invaluable. Mike is reliable and honest and does top quality work at a reasonable price. Matching my wooden floor was not easy, but Mike used his contacts to get it done. Thanks Mike. Now, let the washroom reno begin.

Michael always surprises us with his patience, ideas and punctuality. He worked hard even if that meant being up on the roof when it was close to 40 degrees outside. The job was done very profesionally, and even more so, he helped us with some other jobs as well.

We hired Ionia Renovations to take down 3 fluorescent light panels in our basement and replace them with small track lights. From beginning to end, Michael was professional, punctual and look the extra time to make sure that the job was done correctly. We are very happy with the work that he did. Ionia Renovations just completed a project at our house that included removal of a wall, stone surfacing the fireplace and custom entertainment cabinets.
